TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Our technical support works around a
3 step formula in which we offer pre
sales, during sales and post sales service
to our customers. Support services include
supervision in laying jointing and testing
of CC & Plastic pipelines and roofing
systems.
DESIGN PROPOSALS, BOQ &
ESTIMATES:
We develop designs and proposals, bill
of quantities (BOQ) and propose estimates
for our valued customers according to
their requirements.
TOOLS MANAGEMENT:
Our team is equipped with latest tools
needed for handling and working with
CC and thermoplastic products. These
tools are used for jointing, laying
and installation of pipe and roofing
systems.
DEMONSTRATION & TRAINING:
We conduct various types of training
sessions keeping the end users in mind.
Scope and nature of these sessions varies
from in-house training sessions for
the team, field training for installers
and staff deputed on site, and training
techniques for plumber and fixers. We
also organize demonstrations for consultants,
contractors and major customers to impart
product knowledge with specification
standards, applications, etc.
TURNKEY PROJECTS:
Turnkey projects are projects in which
our customer services team deals with
every aspect and technicality of the
project. This means being involved from
the initial stages of making proposals
and estimates, to complete implementation
of the project. We have the experience
of taking up projects on turnkey basis
related to construction management and
are geared up for such projects on case-to-case
basis.
GENERAL ACTIVITIES:
Technical assistance is also provided
for the selection of appropriate products,
designing, laying and testing. Special
tools for installation of our products
are also offered to customers.
